Investigation process
Buyer establish green policies：Buyers set regulations on product requirements for end customers, assess hazardous material risks, and establish necessary green product management policies. Most of these policies are directly quoted from international regulations such as RoHS and REACH, or company-owned regulations. Green material management requirements.
Buyer Releases Survey：According to the buyer's MCD form, investigate the policies that materials and parts should comply with, and launch a survey of the material and parts suppliers on the ezGPM.NET platform.
Suppliers respond to surveys on the platform：After the supplier receives the investigation notice, supplier must fill in the components of the materials and the test results of hazardous substances on the platform in accordance with the investigation requirements; all relevant data must be accompaied by necessary documentary evidence.
Buyer Audit Data：Buyer review the accuracy and completeness of the information delivered by the supplier on the platform.

Survey Method
The buyer uses the MCD form to investigate the compliance of materials and parts，MCD ( Materials Composition Declaration) means《Restricted Substance Material Ingredient Statement》，MCD mainly includes ICP report, composition datasheet and certification of compliance. Described as follows：
1.Test report (ICP Report)：
Submit test report according to the required policy , and supplier will build the test result information into [ICP Report].
2. Safety Data Sheet (SDS or MSDS)
Submit the material composition list of the materials. The content of each substance must be included in the data. The supplier will build the above information in [composition datasheet] 。
3. Declaration Form (Certification of Compliance)：
Not all materials must be submitted. It is determined according to the requirements of the buyer. The supplier will build the above declaration form in [Certification of Compliance].
