The collected [Certification of Compliance] are uploaded here for you to reference when filling in the MCD Survey.

Certification of Compliance: RoHs Compliance Statement, REACH Compliance Statement or other Declarations .etc.

Searching Condition

You may search for certain Certification of Compliance by setting different conditions.

ColumnDescriptionRemark
Document Title/Declaration ScopeThe Document Title/Declaration Scope such as RoHS 2.0, REACH, halogen, PFOS .etc.
Declaration TargetThe Declaration Target of this Certification of Compliance can be specific, such as Series/Models/Materials Level, or for the whole Company.
Document VersionThe version of the Certification of Compliance. Whether it's from the Original Manufacturer, the Supplier, or from the Buyer.
Update DateThe last modified date.

Searching Results

For the searching results presented in the table below, you may:

  • Click on the title of the selected field to sort by particular order.
  • Use the filter to search for specific data.
  • Click export to export the searching results in excel.

Declaration TargetThe Declaration Target of this Certification of Compliance can be specific, such as Series/Models/Materials Level, or for the whole Company.Required
Document VersionThe source of the Certification of Compliance. Whether it's from the Original Manufacturer, the Supplier, or from the Buyer.Required

Note

Should you see the red note 儲存失敗, please make sure that all columns required are filled in. Sometime it takes more time to upload the file, please wait until you see the [Done] mark next to the Select files. When completed, please click 儲存.

Delete Certification of Compliance

Should you upload a wrong Certification of Compliance, you may delete it according to the following instructions.

Instructions

  1. Click [Certification of Compliance] from the sidebar menu.
  2. Search for the [Certification of Compliance] you want to delete.
  3. Under 刪除選取, check the box for the Certification you want to delete. More than one boxes can be checked.
  4. Click 刪除.

Tips If the Certification of Compliance is referenced in the MCD Survey, it cannot be deleted.
