1. ezGlobal Network reserves the right to revise the terms at any time. The revised terms will be sent to the members by emails and published on the website of ezGlobal Network, and they will automatically come into force seven days from the date of promulgation. Members shall change the passwords on their own; the passwords are stored in the system in the form of garbled code, which will be impossible to be accessed by ezGlobal Network.
   
   
4. Each “ezGlobal Network” members should keep their account name and password secure and protected, and do not disclose or provide their password to others or for any use. Any use of the accounts (Whether or not it is permitted by the members to use, or it is be stolen or copied) on the " ezGlobal Network", will be considered as behavior of account holder. In the event of members discover or suspect a third person has his / her account name and password, he / she should notify "ezGlobal Network" immediately.
   
   
5. "ezGlobal Network" provide various value-added services to members. Members can apply for value-added services according to their needs, and consent to use value-added services abide by the agreed matters..
   
   
6. “ezGlobal Network” members are responsible to pay all applicable charge for using system and various value-added service. Charging rates and methods is announced on the "ezGlobal Network" website. Members who refuse to pay or have overdue payment, "ezGlobal Network" may terminate this agreement and cancel their membership without consulting with members.
   
   
7. "ezGlobal Network" uses secure trade mode to protect confidential information members consent to provide, to avoid member information be stolen on the Internet. Members who have found any transaction counterparts are engaged in fraudulent, illegal or infringing activities on the ezGlobal Network website, or have the intention to engage in such activities, or their rights are therefore infringed, should notify “ezGlobal Network” immediately; after verified, “ezGlobal Network” may modify or cancel transaction counterparts’s information on the website and related transaction information on the “ezGlobal Network”.
    
    
18. The transactions of ezGlobal Network in information services, labour services and the matters not agreed upon in this Agreement shall governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan, and on the basis of related laws and regulations. If a dispute occurs, the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of competent jurisdiction for the first instance.
